About

Taekwon-Do has been taught in North Essex since Braintree Taekwon-Do was founded in 2005. In 2012, Halstead Taekwon-Do was formed, and in February 2013 the two schools were joined under one umbrella:

Olympus Taekwon-Do.

Taekwon-Do is an enjoyable and accessible art for all ages and abilities. Taekwon-Do increases flexibility, fitness and strength but also helps build confidence and encourages traditional values of respect and courtesy.

Our Instructors are Mr Marc Buckingham III Dan, Mr George Poulimenos I Dan, and Mr Paul Crane I Dan.
